Consulting With Our Users
The ILF consults with its users in a variety of ways. A User Group has been formed and the group have regular meetings to discuss various initiatives.
The purpose of the User Group is to provide a forum for consultation with some of the Funds’ service users. It is intended to provide feedback to the Funds’ management about the service we give and to suggest improvements.
Recently the group has been expanded to take on new members and meetings are held on an ad hoc basis. Minutes are usually published on this website.
The ILF also consults more widely through nationwide events such as the ILF roadshows and participation in events staged by other organisations.
To find out what the User Group have been discussing, read the Minutes from meetings.
To find out about upcoming events, or see who we have been involved in consultation with, see the Consultation Diary.

We also gather regular feedback from all of our users via our 'experiential surveys'. We send questionnaires out to our users when they have just experienced key stages of our processes. We regularly publish the results of these surveys on our website.
If you would like to get involved in consultation, or wish to comment on any aspects of the ILF, please email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
