13 November 2017: User Group Meeting

Meeting of the ILF User Group to discuss aspects of ILF "customer care" including:

  • User experiences of customer service - good and bad
  • The way complaints are dealt with
  • Recording/monitoring telephone calls for quality assurance and training
  • Opening hours
  • How does ILF compare with other customer-focused organisations?
  • How could the level of customer care be improved?
