As an organisation focussed on providing positive outcomes for disabled people, the Independent Living Funds are committed to promoting equality through the eradication of discrimination, harassment and unfair treatment.
We seek to make sure that within our powers, our processes and policies are customer focussed and regularly reviewed to eliminate possible unfair bias or obstacles for new applicants and existing users based on age, gender, race, disability, sexual orientation, religion or belief.
We are committed to ensuring that Trustees, Staff, and ILF Assessors, respect diversity and aim to deliver a consistently high quality service to all our customers. Through the delivery of this service we will also take every opportunity to contribute to the promotion of equality for all.
