New Trust Deed From 1 October

From  Monday 1 October 2017, the ILF (1993) Fund and the ILF (Extension) Fund have been replaced by the ILF (2016) Fund.

Existing ILF users do not need to do anything, as they will automatically transfer to the new Trust Fund and their payments will continue to be made by the ILF (2016) Fund.  People applying will now be applying to the ILF (2016) Fund.

We hope that the new Trust Deed will ensure further clarity in our administrative processes.  To see the new Deed click here.

A letter was sent to all ILF users on Friday 28 September to tell them about the change.  Click here to read the letter.

There are some changes in the new Trust Deed that also change certain ILF policies and procedures.  Please be aware that the website is in the process of being updated to make sure it reflects these changes.  Some documents or information on the site may be unavailable while we are updating the content.  In the interim, if you need any forms, documents or advice, or have questions about the new Trust Deed, please feel free to contact the office in the usual way.
