Customer Care Experiences

The ILF User Group will be meeting on 13 November 2017 to share experiences of customer service and discuss ways it can be improved.  In particular, the meeting will look at:

  • How complaints are dealt with
  • Ways of contacting the ILF
  • Whether opening hours ought to be extended
  • The benefits of a telephone helpline
  • How ILF can monitor customer care
  • User experiences of customer service - good and bad

Members of the User Group will be invited to attend the meeting - held here at the ILF offices in Nottingham.

However, customer care is a very important issue, and we would welcome everyone's views on this.
