ILF Budgetary Measures Update
The issue of how ILF's budgetary measures affect our users and applicants in Northern Ireland has very recently been decided. It has been agreed that the changes to ILF's rules, that will apply to users and applicants in Great Britain from 1 April 2008, will apply to users and applicants in Northern Ireland too. The changes will not come into effect in Northern Ireland until 1 July 2008 in order to give sufficient notice to all concerned.
On 5 March 2008 a letter was sent to all Users and applicants in Northern Ireland informing them of the changes to our rules.
