Administration Officers

Starting salary: £15,294 p.a.

We have vacancies in our busy operations department for highly motivated administrators.

The role is challenging and varied and includes maintaining accurate casework, dealing with a high volume of telephone calls, meeting competing priorities and building relationships with clients.

To succeed, you must be able to prioritise your work effectively to meet targets, work with mathematical calculations and demonstrate excellent customer care to ensure that clients receive the right level of funding.  The work requires close attention to detail as well as adopting a professional approach at all times when communicating with clients both on the telephone and in writing. PC literacy is essential but specific training will be given on our in-house IT systems during our 8-week induction programme. 


Benefits include a flexitime system based on a 37-hour week, 25 days holiday, 2.5 privilege days plus Civil Service pension scheme.
