The strategic management team at the ILF is:
Patrick Boyle, Chief Executive
Accountable for all aspects of ILF performance, reporting directly to the Board of Trustees.
James Sanderson, Chief Operating Officer and Deputy Chief Executive
Responsible for the development and implementation of strategies which shape future service delivery and the end to end application process for ILF users. James oversees the whole of Operations including service delivery, social work and performance improvement functions.
Jesse Harris, Social Work Director
Responsible for the recruitment, training, monitoring and supporting of the 90+ ILF Assessors who work on a self-employed basis around the UK. Also responsible for relationships with Local Authorities.
John Fuller, Strategic Policy DirectorResponsible for developing options for the role and contribution of the ILF in line with government strategy towards disabled people, and for the development and communication of policy.
John Denore, Operations DirectorResponsible for the administration of user service, incorporating: application processing, ongoing case work, payments to users, and the bi-annual review programme. Also responsible for payment security, debt recovery and complaints.
Gillian Smith, Human Resources Director
Responsible for developing and leading HR strategy within the ILF, ensuring that HR policies are legally compliant and providing professional HR guidance and support.
Gary Stephenson, Finance DirectorResponsible for finance, corporate governance, facilities and support services and health and safety.
